RED CANYONS KENNEL CLUB APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP
Red Canyons Kennel club is an ALL-BREED club composed of breeders, owners and dog fanciers who are dedicated to protecting and advancing the interest of all purebred dogs, conducting AKC matches, shows and performance events. Red Canyons Kennel Club encourages sportsmanlike competition at Dog Shows and Performance events and supports the AKC Code of ethics.
All applicants should be sincerely interested in these same objectives.
• In addition to completing the enclosed application and signing the certification statement a sponsor who is currently a member in good standing is required. If you are new to the area or are not acquainted with the club members, please attach a letter of recommendation from breeders or exhibitors who do know you well. The letter should include such information as the length of time they have known you, observations on your dogs and kennel facilities, the writer’s credentials, and how they may be contacted.
After reviewing your application at the next regular meeting, the members will have the opportunity to ask the applicant questions. A vote shall be taken on the acceptance of the applicant for membership. If accepted, the applicant shall pay their yearly dues. If for any reason your membership is not approved, the applicant may reapply in 6 months.
